Shipping policy

At MARLOWE, we believe ordering eyewear should feel simple, reliable, and considered from start to finish.

Order Processing 

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Options 

We currently ship within the UK only, via Royal Mail.

• Standard Shipping — Free. Delivery in 3-5 days from dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• Express Shipping — £14.99. Guaranteed next day by 1pm via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Delivery times are estimates from the point of dispatch and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or seasonal demand.

Address Changes 

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed for dispatch.

Order Cancellations 

You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been fulfilled, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy instead. To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@marlowemade.com with your order number.
