Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To start a return, email hello@marlowemade.com using the email address you placed your order with, and include your order number. We'll send you return instructions.

To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-14 days.

Faulty or damaged items

If you've received a faulty or damaged item, contact hello@marlowemade.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, which item is affected, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
